The sky is a brilliant cerulean blue and filled with wispy white clouds. There is music in the air. A pair of American goldfinches are sitting on a branch singing their song.The female is on the left, her plumage is a duller yellow with black and white accents on her wings and tale. And the male is on the right, his plumage is bright yellow with black and white accents on his wings and tale. It’s a whimsical image, full of vivid color. It’s a cheerful illustration, perfect for any bird lover.

This is a digital print. The original image is a digital collage. The image is the result of a combination of my photos, my drawings, and graphic elements created with Photoshop. Since the “original” image is digital, the only physical form in which it exists is as a print. The image size is 5 inches by 5 inches, which is printed on a 6 by 6 inch piece of bristol. Bristol is an archival quality acid free artist’s material, it has a smooth matte surface and is similar in thickness to a piece of posterboard. This print was printed on an Epson printer with ultrachrome ink, which is fade resistant, and acid-free. This is an open edition print which is signed (Sarah Knight) in black ink in the lower right-hand corner. The image that appears in this listing does not display a signature. Each print is signed individually.
