New baby and kid sizes!These are cotton bloomers made from preshrunk sweet blue fabric with a kind of snow pattern on it. Ruffles from the same fabric along the bottom. These bloomers have pockets! Bloomers are great under dresses/skirts or on their own!

19 3/4" (50.15cm) from waistband to hem.
Elastic waistband is 18" (45.7cm) relaxed to 27" (68.5cm) fully stretched.
