Vintage Inspired Spun Cotton Snow Fairy Girl
Description
She's a pretty one! This spun cotton snow girl figure is whimsical and almost angelic. She was hand spun using techniques similar to those of the early German artisans who created cotton ornaments for Christmas. She has a paper scrap face, crepe dress with vintage ribbon bodice, a millinery flower brooch and a vintage paper elf hat with cotton trim. She holds tight to a vintage white pine sprig, is about 4" tall and stands on a domed silver glittery knoll with vintage sheet music trim.She is an everyday, Christmas or winter decorative item and would look great on a mantel, bookshelf, curio, etc. etc.
