Transitional Hand Dyed Superwash Merino Yarn - Cookies and Cream

Description

This yarn is dyed as a transitional yarn in five colour bands, starting with a delicious chocolaty brown that turns gradually lighter and ends with the colour of sweat cream.

This yarn is a great sock yarn, but it would also look wonderful in a scarf.

I have put up the yarn into two skeins, that I have dyed together, so that you get matching socks. One skein will make one sock. I use professional washfast acid dyes.

The Louet Gems yarn is very soft and has a well balanced tight twist, suitable for socks, mittens or lace knitting. It wears well.

These are 2 skeins with 2 oz (55g), 215yds (195m) each 100% superwash Merino in fingering weight, 6-8 sts per inch, needle size 2.5-3mm, machine washable, dry flat
