Porcelain Faceted Bowl (Lustrous Jade)
Description
I've been staring at this bowl for a long time. :) So pretty I didn't want to give it up. It is a great bowl to use for serving up sauce with soba or as a candy dish. It is eye catching and feels great to the touch.This bowl is wheel thrown with porcelain. I then faceted the sides and then push the curve out. Bailey's paw print is stamped to the bottom of the bowl. The outside is glazed with a semi-matte jade glaze and the inside with a clear. Where the clear touches the jade, it turns the jade glossy. The lines of the facets show through the glaze.
