Decorative Art - Set of (2) Hand Painted Paper Mache Pumpkins - Autumn Decor

A decorative art set which includes (2) hand painted paper mache pumpkins. Each paper mache pumpkin was painted using acrylic paints with a pretty shade of orange. I painted the stems with an earthy dark green and added a vine flowing from the stem. Finally I antiqued each pumpkin a bit using watered down spice brown paint to give them an aged or worn look.

Both pumpkins measure about 6" wide by 6" tall. Each has been varnished for protection. I added a bit of green raffia to one of the pumpkins. Although I no longer have green raffia I DO have plain raffia on hand. I would be glad to add some if you'd like. Just ask. :)

They sit nicely together or you can separate them and possibly use them in different rooms. Place them on your mantle, a side table, a shelf or whatever! It's up to you!

I bought the plain, unpainted paper mache pumpkins a few years ago, painted them and used them for my own autumn themed decor. I'm ready to let go of them and let someone else use them for their fall holiday decorating.

One more note...there is no 'jack-o-lantern' detail included in the design so these will look great all the way through Thanksgiving!
