Snowmen- 2 Inch Martingale Collar Fits Neck to 18 Inches

Cheery snowmen quilting fabric with red cotton lining. Collar is 2" high and will fit up to an 18" neck. Sewn on an industrial machine with triple seams for safety. Hardware is solid nickel with welded d-ring.This collar is also available as a regular buckle collar. If you have any questions just convo me. A matching leash is available in this fabric also.
