Shimbun Ume - Kanzashi Flower Hair Clip

Description

Shimbun Ume (“Newspaper Plum”) is a kanzashi flower hair clip in Japanese dobby weave cotton fabric that, although new, has an aged appearance like a newspaper print. The center of the flower is accented with pearled stamens and a black rhinestone crystal.

Approximately 2” (5cm) long x 2” (5cm) wide, mounted on an alligator hair clip.

---Other information---

Each kanzashi is made to order and features many hand-folded petals made from carefully prepared silk and other high quality fabrics. For kanzashi that use a patterned fabric, the placement of the pattern may differ from piece to piece. In every other aspect, the kanzashi will be the same or nearly identical to the one pictured. As with all items you see online, please be aware that your monitor may display the color slightly differently.

Fray protector is added to the raw edges to prolong wear. Accessories are displayed on a mannequin, and come from a smoke-free home.
