Description

A handmade kanzashi brooch in blackened ruby and jet black silk dupioni. Three layers of petals are combined into a star flower, and a rhinestone crystal accents the center.

Approximately 3.25” (8.5cm) long x 3.25” (8cm) wide, mounted on a brooch pin backing.

Each kanzashi features many hand-folded petals made from carefully prepared silk and other high quality fabrics. I starch the fabric and apply fray protector to the raw edges to prolong wear. I display my accessories on a mannequin to keep everything clean and sanitary. Accessories come from a smoke-free home.

Kanzashi are made to order within 48 hours. For kanzashi that use a patterned fabric, the placement of the pattern may differ from piece to piece. In every other aspect, the kanzashi will be the same or nearly identical to the one pictured. Unless otherwise noted, your kanzashi will ship within 48 business hours (weekend/holidays excluded).
