This is a wonderfu ornate 1930's buckle with large white stones. Condition is good considering its age. Stones are a bit milky but this only adds to its vintage charm.Could be used in a variety of ways...as a buckle of course, or as part of a craft project or would look great dangling from you vintage themed Christmas tree!
