* Emery Pincushion - This pincushion is filled with a mineral called “emery”. Its purpose is to keep pins and needles sharp. It’s covered twice to keep the emery from escaping through seams and pinholes. It’s covered in muslin first, then the cotton/polyester print fabric. It measures approximately 2 3/4 inches (7 cm) by 1 1/2 inches (3.8 cm).

* Matching Pincushion Ring - This handy (and mighty cute) ring will keep your pins close by when you’re working. It’s very lightweight and comfortable. The ring is made of base metal. It’s adjustable so it will fit almost anyone on any finger. Don't worry about poking your finger. I enclosed a little impenetrable barrier in the base of the pincushion to protect your finger. It's filled with polyester fiber-fil, not emery.

* Matching Pincushion Jar - It’s a pretty jar with a raised quilting pattern on the outside. This jar serves two purposes. Keep some pins and needles in the pincushion on top and use the jar for storage of small sewing notions - buttons, thimbles, measuring tape, etc. The jar (including the pincushion top) is approximately 6 inches (15.24 cm) tall and 2.5 inches (6.35 cm) across.

The Pincushion Jar, filled with white tissue paper strips, the Emery Pincushion, and the Pincushion Ring will arrive wrapped in white tulle, tied with a white ribbon securing a gift tag. The tag you receive will be blank.

Please note that the design placement on the pincushions will be slightly different than those pictured.
