Natural Brown Humbug - Hand Spun British BFL Yarn 83m / 90.5 yards

Description

This yarn has been lovingly and painstakingly hand spun on a spinning wheel. The yarn has been spun from natural coloured British Blue Faced Leicester fibre. BFL is known for its soft and light properties.

There is approx. 83 meters / 90.5 yards of yarn.

This yarn is a 2 ply and has a slight 'Thick and Thin' element to it. I would recommend 6mm - 8mm (US 10 - 11, UK 4 - 0) needles or a 6.5mm - 9mm (US K/10.5 - M/13, UK 3 - 0) hook for this yarn. Be sure to only hand wash in lukewarm water and dry flat. Do not scrub the yarn in water - this will felt it! (Unless, you want that to happen of course :) )

The yarn is currently in a skein and will be sent to you in a ball. If you would rather have it sent to you as a skein just let me know in the 'Message to Seller' box at the order page :)

This yarn is ready to ship now! Although i could use the same fibres again, due to the nature of this yarn being hand spun means that it will be next to impossible to replicate the exact same colour changes again. So you can be sure of owning a one of a kind, unique yarn!
