Description
When our neighbor's roses bloom -- they really bloom. A neighbor a few doors up the road literally has thousands of roses that burst into bloom all at once every summer!We take some baskets full of these beautiful petals and turn them into our Rose Jelly. The jelly is infused with petals and rose water.
We love serving this jam over a white cheese or glazing our favorite flourless chocolate cake. Add a little spoonful to your favorite fruity martini for a little summer twist.
