Vintage 1920's Black Velvet Opera Coat

I saw it and I couldn't believe it! I walked away and came back. Since then I look at it every day - to sell or not to sell? As I am the mother of one son, I guess that selling is the way to go:)
The most gorgeous coat in all of my vintage shopping! Ermine collar, black velvet and in excellent condition...(tell me I'm dreaming:) The satin lining has a minimal stain under the arm...other than that, no flaws at all.
Full length black velvet with scrunched trim at bottom and on lapels. Inside tie and 2 button closure.
Ermine is in amazing condition...as is the rest of the coat.
