These beautiful earrings form part of my 'Lace' collection.... a marriage of techniques including crochet, forging and wire wrapping, creating wire 'lace' embellished with sumptuous and exquisite gems.

Crocheted circles of sterling silver wire create the main framework for the design, each adorned with spiral flourishes of meticulously wrapped silver wire. These finely woven lacework circles have then been set within hand forged, all in one fine silver ear-hooks. Shimmering and dancing below the hoops is a lush collection of gorgeous green gems including exquisite Prasiolite, aqua green flash Labradorite, Chrome Diopside, Vesuvianite and apple green Chrysoprase - a spritely combination set against the dramatic oxidized silver.
