Vintage Birthday Postcard - Child in Floral Basket

Description

This vintage birthday postcard is embossed and has a gloss finish. It pictures a child sitting in a basket of violets and forget me nots. There is a sign hanging off the basket which reads "Express". The sentiment on the card is "Birthday Greetings". The card is not postmarked, but hand dated 1916. It is printed in Germany. Some of the finish on the front of the card has come off and there are a couple of places that have a small amount of paper stuck. Overall condition is very good.

My watermark does not appear on the actual card.
