Dreamy Mixed Media Collage On Small Mirror Ballerina

Description

This is a small framed mirror 5 " x 6" . I have added layers of paint , gesso and distressing to create a aged chippy golden background . It is collaged with old illustrations from an Aladdin book with a ballerina , a clown like figure and a Chinese man . The old sheet music that was added has the words " listen , hear the sounds celestial " I added bits of broken jewelry including part of a beautiful rhinestone brooch . Also there are bits of old tapestry fabric , a brass bird and leaves , buttons and an old glass prism . Signed and dated . It has a hanger on back .
