Snow Lady, Assemblage, Named Rose

Description

Rose stands six inches tall. She's wearing her good bonnet, lace shaw, and her rose pin. She's all dressed up to go to the store to buy some Christmas presents.

This unique, one of a kind assemblage is made from an old glass vase, and bits and pieces from my treasure chest. Her carrot nose has been fashioned from copper foil. Her eyes are made from old pierced type earrings that I snipped off, and small tacks make her smile. She glitters all over from the fresh snow that has fallen as she makes her way through the snow covered streets. Inside she is filled with pearls of all different sizes giving her a satisfying tinkle should you want to shake her.

It's about time the world recognized that snow ladies exist along side their men. I have signed this piece.
