Spicy Milk Fiber
Description
2 ounces of supremely soft and smooth milk fiber! This spinning fiber is made from milk (really!), and is absolutely wonderful to spin. It is strong, fine, and results in a soft yarn with a beautiful sheen and nice drape. It is a smooth, straight fiber and is easy to draft, but is not as slippery as bamboo.I dyed this with reds, pinks, deep golden yellow, and a bit of purple for contrast.
Milk fiber has antibacterial properties and is a great alternative for those with sensitivities to wool products.
This was created in a smoke-free, rabbit-friendly environment.
