Morgan No.14 Large Fairy Wings in White and pinks

This is actually one of my favorite designs and one that I have not made for a few years while I worked on new projects. I dug out the pattern for my newest batch of wings so I could bring it back in style.
It is a bi-wing design is made with four matching panels and is what I consider to be a large pair of wings perfect for adults, but charming on teens as well. I think the airbrushed design has an almost tribal feeling to it, but that is up to your interpretation.

This is number 14 of the series, made with white organza that is liberally strewn with silver glitter and airbrushed red on the edges with pink interior accents. The center of the back is decorated with embellished leaves and a complimenting blossom accented with tiny feathers.

My wings are carefully and lovingly hand crafted with a sturdy wire frame that allows the wings to open and close (perfect for fitting through doorways and crowds). The fabric edges are sewn or sealed for durability.
These wings are worn by ribbon straps that go around your shoulders and through a lock clip, so there is no need to tie them on or worry about elastic that wears out. They are designed to be extremely light-weight and comfortable, so you can wear them frolicking all day. There is also a ribbon attached to the back so you can hang them on the wall when they are not in use (and they make such lovely wall decorations too!).

All of my wings are tagged with their name and series number, so each one is identified as a unique work of art. There may be similar styles, but no two pairs will ever be exactly alike because they are entirely handmade by me, myself and I.
