NUDIE SUIT Superwash Merino/Nylon Fingering Weight Yarn (Tesla)
Description
It's not what you think! Nudie Cohn was a Ukranian-American tailor who designed some awesomely gaudy suits for musicians (especially in the 60s and 70s). Gram Parsons, Hank Williams, and ZZ Top all wore Nudie suits, but the most famous one was probably the gold lame' suit Elvis wore on the cover of "50,000,000 Elvis Fans Can't Be Wrong." That one cost $10,000!This is the new fingering weight sock yarn base. It's uber soft, with a tight twist and some nylon content for durability. Actually, I have to give this yarn an award for 'Best Use of Nylon,' because I wouldn't've even known any was in this if I hadn't seen the label. Sneaky nylon!
