This painting is from a series that explores what is hidden beneath the surface. Each piece has been carved back to reveal something more below.

This piece is one of a set of encaustic (beeswax) paintings. Each piece measures 3 1/2" x 3 1/2" on wood and is mounted in a 4 3/4" x 4 3/4" x 1 1/2" cherry wood float frame. These would look great stacked up side-by-side on a bookshelf or hanging as a set to brighten up a small space.

Note on shipping: in order to keep shipping prices fair, for orders outside of the United States, I will send a paypal invoice for shipping after it has been calculated.
