This listing is for THREE Organic Cotton Fleece Cloth Menstrual Pads
One is small/petite good for light to light medium flow,
One is medium also good for light to light medium flow and
the other is medium with two liners which get inserted into
the pad (see photos) which is great for heavy flow.

These pads are made from an organic cotton
paisley fleece, very soft, very cozy and no
harmful dyes.

The two without liners have three layers of fleece where it's needed.
It's extremely absorbant and very easy to wash.
The pad does up under the panties with a professionally
installed snap.
The heavy flow pad comes with two liners
which get slipped into the pad, the pad then does
up around the panties with a metal snap.
Use one liner for lighter days and two for heavy days. These Pads can also be used as Postpartum Pads as they are very absorbant.
The medium pads measure 9 1/2 inches long
The petite pad measures 8 inches long ~

Cloth menstrual pads are not only more comfortable, they are also a healthier alternative to disposable pads. Cloth menstural pads do not contain harmful chemicals like those found in most disposable maxi pads. Many women are switching to a more natural choice.
