Kidney stone sufferer - a good laugh might push that puppy out!
Creepy random gifting - like for someone traveling abroad and concerned about being doped and waking up in a bathtub full of ice. ;-)

Now - this *might* be the perfect gift for someone actually waiting for a kidney, but you better know them REALLY WELL before you spring this gag, yeah?
