Recemtly restocked! Made from white crepe paper, this ultra-fluffy fringe trim is handsewn and cut to resemble that of yesteryear. Use it to accent your crafts or altered art. Approximately 5/8" wide, it can be trimmed shorter depending on your needs. Each strand is over 4 feet long, and made with many layers of crepe. Other colors and special orders available.
