Made from authentic, vintage turquoise blue-green crepe paper, this ultra-fluffy fringe trim is handsewn by me. This vintage crepe is thicker than crepe made today, so it's perfect for adding a nostalgic look and feel to your projects. Approximately 5/8" wide. Each strand is about 4 feet long.
