WILLOW - Amazonite sterling silver earrings
Description

I took stacks of small faceted amazonite on head pins that I handcrafted and suspended them from sterling silver vine links. I used classic French ear wires and oxidized the finished earrings for an antiqued look and to make the amazonite stand out. I buffed the silver to bring out the patina.
Amazonite measure 4mm or about 3/16 inch. The stones are an amazing shade of aqua mint.
Finished earring measures just over 1 3/4 inches. I include ear wire retainers for secure wearing.
These earrings look best with short hair or long hair pulled back. They are light weight and perfect for those who like their jewelry on the feminine side. The earrings would also make a great gift for a gardener!
