Handwoven Sunset Scarf

Description

Handwoven in shades of flecked browns, soft greens, off white/neutrals and grey with hints of pumpkin, peacock blue and golden yellow including variegated Japanese and Uruguayan yarn and New Zealand wool. This lightweight scarf varies in pattern ("German Bird's Eye") from zig zags and ribs to diamonds.

This scarf was patiently woven by hand using a slow, detail oriented process taking 6-10 hours to complete. I am always inspired by new color variations and patterns; no two scarves are the same!

SIZE: 60 inches X 10.75 inches (This includes approximately 3 inches of fringe on each end).

WARP: off-white, latte and brown cotton
WEFT: Shades of brown, white/off white, grey, green, saffron yellow, blue and pumpkin merino/silk blend, pima cotton, wool, alpaca and acrylic blends

CARE: This scarf will most likely felt if washed in warm/hot water. Hand wash in cool water and dry flat. Use a pressing cloth when ironing, if needed.
