Medusa's gluten is higher in protein and fiber as well as softer and tastier than any gluten/seitan out there. Try it ~ you'll agree!

Organic and locally grown ingredients are used as often as possible.

Seitan Wings will arrive sealed in a food saver pouch and fully cooked. You simply open the pouch remove ribs and reheat. For best results cover with foil and reheat in the oven.
