The Cutlets are made of a vital wheat gluten/seitan product unlike any you've ever had before. Medusa's gluten is higher in protein and fiber as well as softer and tastier than most of the other gluten/seitan out there. Try it ~ you'll agree!

Organic and locally grown ingredients are used as often as possible.

Your Southern Fried Cutlets will arrive sealed in a food saver pouch and fully cooked. You simply open the pouch remove the cutlets and reheat. For best results cover with foil and reheat in the oven.
