This Pecan brittle is a labor of love!! It is made with a lot of arm muscle as in constant stirring, but it is definitely worth all the work!! You are mixing sugar, half and half, vanilla, butter, and pecans together to form a brittle but caramely fudgie brittle that is laced with toasted Pecans. Then this fudgish-brittle is covered with a mixture of bitter sweet Ghirardelli dark chocolate and milk chocolate. Its then cut into approximately one in squares of delicious sweetness.

If you don’t like pecans we can also make our fudge-brittle with walnuts, almonds and even pine nuts!! Don’t like dark chocolate that’s ok it can be made with milk chocolate!
