Passerine Bird Cup, with writing, porcelain cup
Description
This wheel thrown porcelain cup features a hand drawn (slip trailed) image of a bird (A Passerine) singing a song. The exterior is left unglazed (but the natural quality of porcelain is a matte shine), and there is a layer of food safe clear glaze inside. About 1/4 of an inch is glazed on the top rim of the cup so ensure its smooth for your lips.The handwritten portion is a little information about the bird. The writing is darkened with red iron oxide.
Measures approx 4.5" tall x 3" in diameter
Microwave and dishwasher safe--although i do recommend hand washing
