Rosy Pincushion

As a child my father gave me a little patch of the garden to care for. I was allowed to plant anything my heart desired and it desired a pink rosebush. I remember it was a miniature rosebush, and I would tend to it with so much care, watering it probably to often each day, pruning it a little to much. Yet every spring it would reward me with a bunch of blooms - so pretty!

The fabric that I have used for this pincushion is from some scraps left over from other projects. They were the perfect size for small, delicate pincushions; punctured with matching buttons. The fabric is a tan/olive green/rose colouring and on this particular pincushion the button is a lovely deep mauve/pink. Pretty and feminine, this would make a wonderful stocking stuffer for Christmas!

Made from 100% cotton fabric and stuffed with high quality toy stuffing, the pincushion is approximately 3x3inches.
