Printing plate no 10 ( red garden )
Description
This plate is hand pressed in original molds I carved ,old letterpress stamps and glazed with a soft combination of dark glaze with red green, and white accents.I approach some of my flat pieces like printmaking.They have a great graphic quality and I wanted to reproduce the feel of test prints which are the most intriguing images laying around a printmaker's studio.random pieces of paper with multiple different images and colors overlapping and intertwined.They are perfectly safe to use with food if you would like to but keep in mind that there is a lot of texture on them.
each of them is one of a kind and I will not be able to reproduce them
