oxidized hammered disks
Description
These earrings are my current favorites. They have an edgy urban appeal, but are organic and neutral enough to wear with anything.I made these by cutting disks from a sheet of sterling silver. Then I filed and hammered them, and tumbled them smooth. I oxidized them, and then lightly sanded off parts of the black, to accentuate the texture made by the hammering process.
Finally, I hung them from handmade sterling silver earwires. These disks measure approximately three quarters of an inch across.
These will ship in a recycled cardboard gift box, ready to give as a gift, or keep for yourself!
