Vintage Sailor Man Playing Accordion Figural Enameled Pin Brooch

Description

This is a sailor man pin I know I have seen before but cannot put my finger on where. I believe he is from the 1940's. He is sitting on a stump and playing the accordion.

Now, he's got some issues such as peeling enamel and unfortunately it looks like somebody decided to touch him up with a yellow paint on his accordion, on the pinback and in a few other places. However, he's still cute and perhaps somebody can restore him.

He measures about 1-1/2 x 1-1/4 inches.
