Wouldn't it be nice to know that everything your little one puts into their mouth is safe and chemical free?

This desire is what prompted me to start turning wooden toys for my babies, well that and my love of wood working.

I hated the idea of my children teething on something plastic and with all the lead warnings out there for kids toys I knew I was heading in the right direction. These natural and chemical free toys are great for your little teether, as baby shower gift or stocking stuffer. They would also make a beautiful family heriloom.

This rattle was turned from Maple. This has not been treated with ANY stains or chemicals to ensure the saftey of your tiny beans! Applying repeated coats of olive oil has helped to bring out all the natural beauty of the wood.
