Description
4.5.5 inch original encaustic painting on 3/4" wood panel. This sweet butterfly painting was created by fusing layers of cut paper, encaustic paint, oil paint and pure beeswax. (The sides are also painted in white encaustic paint to match the front of the painting.) The piece is fitted with hardware and spacers to that it will hang flat against the wall without need of a frame.Added on Oct 24, 2009
