Signed and dated (2009) by artist.
6 1/2" wide x 4 1/4" tall
28 semi-blank pages (to be clear: 14 sheets, blank except for background pattern of varying contrasted color and white outline of different types of leaves on both sides)

NOTE ABOUT SERIES:
These handmade blank books were crafted over the summer of 2009. Having had a difficult year, in more ways than one, I took some time to be quiet and creative, and was inspired to create each journal as a unique design.

MATERIALS:
paper, handmade papers - brown with paint overlay - and purple with darker flecks, synthetic (paper) raffia, sheer gold ribbon, glue, metal staples and scissors...high quality leaf stickers (3, varying autumn colors)... faint stamp accent of tiny ant (cute) crawling on leaf points - on purple interior accent page, also tiny ant stamp on right border of first page of journal, no others...

USE-FULL-NESS:
Jotting down special autumn memories... composing your own notes or poems... sketching something or someone... journaling your dreams... favorite quotes... "honey- do" lists... a grocery list that will make you smile when you pick it up...

OTHER GIFT IDEAS:
I think these would make a great gift "as is", or altered by you (for example) filled with written- or picture- memories. Nice for someone whose favorite season is autumn.
