Ashlyn, Handmade Wooden Jewelry Box
Description
Ashlyn is a wonderful jewelry box I've designed and created out of a very interesting Purple Poplar. Purple Poplar is regular Tulip Poplar that has been stained by minerals in the ground surrounding it while it grows. When first cut, the wood is very purple, but turns brown over time, and unfortunately, this can not be stopped. But, the wood is quite beautiful anyway! I've also fashioned the handles out of a nicely complimenting Soft Wormy Maple, and I've lined the inside of the drawers with a warm wine red flocking.Ashlyn measures in at around:
Height: 8 1/2 inches
Width: 8 inches
Depth: 4 1/2 inches
