Tulip Dress
Description
This dress isn't in the style of a tulip I just like the name :)Silk pleated at recycled bustier at bust to waist. Flower at bust. Bottom of dress has small side cowl on one side. Slip to line the dress.
This is a custom order. I can make the dress in other colors however this color is wonderful!
When ordering I will need

waist
hip
measurement from middle of bust to 2" above the knee
