Description

This is a rich medium to full bodied coffee with very complex flavors. It has a slightly dry, acidic beginning with wonderful fruity notes as a finish.

Yemin Mocca Matari is one of the most sought after coffees in the specialty coffee world and a fast seller here in our roastery. Brewed as a cup it is a hit and stands out as a shot from your espresso machine, (one of my favorites because of it's complexity)

It is a sure thing to make your tastebuds grin if you enjoy an African type coffee (slightly acidic beginning with a deep fruit finish)

Organically grown coffee.

One pound, medium roast. Larger and smaller sizes are available. Convo us to set up a custom listing.

All coffee is roasted fresh the day it is ordered. Please specify with order if you want your coffee ground for autodrip, french press, espresso, or perk. If no grind is specified, coffee will be shipped as unground, whole bean.

Shipping is by UPS so usually takes 1-4 days to arrive depending on what region of the US you are in. (some remote areas may take longer) If you are in the Bethel, CT area you may pick up purchases in person.

REGARDING ORGANIC COFFEES
Please note while we roast organic coffees we are not certified as an organic roaster. What’s that mean? It’s sort of like being certified kosher. To be certified as an organic roaster, we need to roast organic coffee on different equipment than the non-organic coffee. We do them in separate batches and don’t mix them, but they are roasted on the same equipment. It’s cleaned between roasts.
