Here is an absolutely stunning ruffled collar made from materials from my small personal collection. This romantic, ruffled lace collar is made from a soft cerulean lace delightfully patterned with florals. This ruff is tied together with two long rows of black velvet ribbon.

You have the option of styling the ruff with the double rows of ribbon or fold it in half with the ruffled ends up, or with the ruffled ends down.

Whoever ends up with this ruff will surely be the belle of the ball! You may choose to wear it with a suit jacket, an open neck top or dress, a corset, or even your favorite cozy sweater.

Size is medium-large, fitting necks 15-16 inches best.
