A thousand petals dress (dusk)

Description

This dress is made of very special Japanese double gauze (double layered very fine weave cotton) fabric with a beautiful painterly 'clouds or bursts of flower-petals'-theme, here in 'dusky' colors : burnt orange and silvery blue on aubergine.

The double gauze has unique qualities, in winter it insulates, in summer it keeps cool. It flows lightly and airy, 'heavenly'.

The dress is gathered around the neckline with encased elastic, has short sleeves and 'flows' down in an A-line.
It's suitable for a baby/toddler girl from 1.5 to 4 years old. At first as a long dress, later as a shorter tunic or top.

Gentle machine wash cold, drip dry, medium iron.

length (from neckline to hem)= approx. 45cm
width (from right to left-armpit) = approx. 35 cm
width (at the hemline) = approx. 50 cm
