This circular knit pattern includes many design choices: 1) choose the short (yellow) or long (coral) collar length, 2) choose bottom length cowl (coral), short capelet, or blusher (yellow)The Capelette length works perfectly for a formal cover.
The Blusher length works nicely as a nursing shawl.
Also choose a curled bind off (coral) or 4 round chain stitch bind off (yellow)
This lovely accessory is knit in the "Scattered Oats" pattern stitch.
