This festive puzzle is made of four 1-1/4 inch blocks featuring 6 different images from several vintage children's books. Each puzzle comes with a drawstring bag stamped with a sweet "Elf Made" hand-carved seal. To help our little ones complete each puzzle, I have made these simple by positioning the upper left piece of each image on the same block, upper right piece on the same block, and so on.
One customer included the puzzle as part of her holiday tradition...pass this puzzle around the Christmas dinner table for everyone to complete. Pull it out year after year as part of your holiday tradition!
These non-treated, chemical-free wood blocks were carefully sanded for safety and vintage style before they were coated with non toxic, non flammable sealant for durability. Just use a damp cloth to wipe clean. The pictures in this listing show examples of puzzle images -- they will vary from one block set to another. The images used to make these puzzles were rescued from books that had broken binding, torn pages, and scribbles leaving them unreadable.
As always, children should be supervised while playing with this and all other toys. Although these blocks were coated with non toxic sealant, they are not suitable for teething.
