Both sides have a repeating pattern of scissors, one with red sheers on a white background, and the other with white sheers on an aqua blue background. Great for the crafty girl or DIY-er in your life!The headband measures approximately 2" at its widest point and 21" when elastic is not stretched. The fabric is reinforced with interfacing to add sturdiness and shape.
