I Decoupaged Quality Scrapbooking Papers on the Fronts & Backs of Each Clothespin, then Sanded & Inked the Edges for a Proper Finish. I then Coated the Entire Piece with Mod Podge (the Embellishments also) giving them a Nice Shine.
