Golden Bough Leaf Hair Pins

Description

In Roman mythology, the Golden Bough was a tree branch with golden leaves that enabled the Trojan hero Aeneas to travel through the underworld safely. The bough was said to be sacred to Persephone, the queen of the underworld, and was associated with the goddess Diana.

These hair pins, while tiny, may give you safe passage to the Underworld.

These hair pins are built upon golden metal, ending in pressed amber glass that flashes and shimmers in the light. The pins have a total length of 2 inches, and are perfect either for decoration, or for holding small pieces of hair back from the face.
