I love designing these color blends of 80% Merino wool and 20% shiny, white bombyx silk.They come in a continuous roving of combed wool - also called "top".
Soft luxury and brilliant color for spinning and felting. These blends make gorgeous handspun, handknit lace shawls and 2 of these is enough fiber for a shawl.
They are just the best fibers for nuno-felted scarves (the fibers felted onto a silk base fabric) - so light and airy.
